We’ll accompany you on a final walk-through of the property to confirm any agreed-upon repairs were taken care of and the property is as it should be.
If your offer is accepted, we raise a glass for sure! But we’re not quite to the finish line yet. An appraisal ensures the pricing is in line with market value and an inspection will look for any major issues with the home that can then be addressed and, if necessary, negotiated with the seller.

After all the closing documents are signed, you’ll be handed the keys to your new home. Time to celebrate the beginning of a new chapter!
On an appointed date and time, we’ll meet to sign all of the final paperwork (settle in, there will be a lot of it). We’ll be there to answer any questions and help explain any complex legalese.
